Our role is strictly that of an agency partner and consulting service. All third-party media distributions are subject to the approval guidelines of respective news networks and ad publishers.

2. Accuracy of Client Assets

To deliver successful campaigns, we rely on the media assets, text files, and contact databases provided by you. You agree that:

• All copy, images, press releases, author details, and phone databases provided to Hari Om Syndicate are authentic, accurate, and lawfully obtained.
• Any submission of fabricated, copyright-infringing, or spam-inducing databases will result in the immediate termination of our services. We accept no liability for campaign blocks resulting from faulty client data.

3. Media Publication Authority

While Hari Om Syndicate makes every professional effort to draft high-quality PR and secure placements, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The final decision to air a segment, print an article, or retain a digital news link rests solely and exclusively with the respective news channel or editorial board.
• Hari Om Syndicate has no direct control over algorithm changes, ad policy revisions, or publishing guideline shifts made by search engines, social media networks, or publication houses.

4. Financial Terms & Payments

Engagement with Hari Om Syndicate is subject to the following financial terms:

• Agency Fees: Fees charged by Hari Om Syndicate for PR drafting, web coding, design, and ad management are billed as agreed in the service contract.
• Out-of-Pocket Expenses: Third-party ad spends, media network slots, and print space bookings are separate and must be paid in advance or cleared as instructed.
• Payment schedules must be strictly adhered to. Failure to clear installments on time will result in campaign suspension or delays in web deployments.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content present on this website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, layouts, and software, is the exclusive property of Hari Om Syndicate and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.
